Sales Fee Structure for Vendors:
Hackett Estate Agents offer our vendors three residential sales free structures: these are as follows:
- Sole Agency: 1.75% +VAT (2.1%) of the sales price, including any amount agreed for fixtured and fittings.
- Joint Sole Agency: 2% +VAT (2.4%) of the sales price, including any amount agreed for fixtures and fittings.
- Multiple Agency: 2.25% +VAT (2.7%) of the sales price, including any amount agreed for fixtures and fittings.
Property Redress Scheme:
Hackett Estate Agents are members the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) which is one of the approved government redress schemes.
